At a time when an increasing number of people first encounter an organization via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, it's imperative that the entire staff understand how social media supports mission and goals. In my workshops, I share best practices for creating an authentic social media voice that effectively conveys brand identity.

I help staff develop language and systems for promoting exhibitions, publications, and programs to global audiences; show how to track and share reviews and news coverage; and teach creative tactics for shooting photos and art-directing posts. I share best practices for hashtags and handles, following and followers, content and time management, expanding networks and building social capital.
