Best practices for creating an authentic social-media voice

At a time when more and more people’s first touchpoint with an organization is its Facebook, Twitter or Instagram feed, it’s imperative that your entire team understand how social media supports your organization’s mission and goals.

In my workshop “THE art of social media,” I share best practices for creating an authentic social-media voice that effectively conveys brand identity.

Working with and within organizations and nonprofits including Twitter, BRIC, the Art Dealers Association of America, and Gateway Project Spaces, I provide strategies for showcasing missions, news and programs in a way that most actively engages with influencers, funders, expanded audiences, potential clients and more.
