Robin, the former longtime editor of ARTnews, was an early art-world adopter to Instagram, building her 55k following through her lively chronicles of the New York art scene on her popular feed, @rcembalest. 

Using examples from a wide range of artists, Robin will share essential tools for conveying your identity and your art practice. She’ll provide tips for crafting profiles, chronicling your process, and explaining the larger meaning of your work. She’ll show you best practices for Reels, Stories, hashtags, and the latest updates on carousels, Notes, Highlights, and more. Finally, she'll discuss recent news about and changes to the app, and she’ll share ways that the art community is responding.

With just eight students, Robin’s Eventbrite classes provide each participant with a chance to ask questions, and get personal feedback on their goals, challenges, and content.
